flashplayer_100x1001 The Adobe Flash Player is software for viewing animations and movies using computer programs such as a web browser. Flash player is a widely distributed proprietary multimedia and application player created by Macromedia and now developed and distributed by Adobe after its acquisition. Flash Player runs SWF files that can be created by the Adobe Flash authoring tool, by Adobe Flex or by a number of other Macromedia and third party tools. You need Adobe Flash Player to ensure you can login and view Paragon correctly.

Take advantage of expiration alerts! Expiration alerts are a convenient email notification in advance of the expiration of one of your MLS listings. CCAR offers you expiration alerts as a useful benefit. Just login with your MLS credentials here: http://alerts.ccartoday.com. You can specify when to receive alerts in advance of the expiration of an MLS listing, and also add additional email addresses to receive the alert!

What is IDX? IDX, or internet data exchange, is a system where brokers (Participants) give each other permission to display their active listings on broker and agent (Subscriber) sites. Brokers who participate in the program (opt in) may display each other’s active listings, which will be identified by a special IDX logo. If you choose not to participate (opt out), then no other broker or agent will be permitted to display your listings and you will not be permitted to display other brokers’ listings.

This site was developed for customers who had previously opted out of receiving emails from agents using the Paragon Multiple Listing Service software provided by Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions.

Java is used in a wide variety of computing platforms from embedded devices and mobile phones on the low end, to enterprise servers and supercomputers on the high end. Java is nearly ubiquitous in mobile phones, Web servers and enterprise applications, and while less common on desktop computers; Java applets are often used to provide improved and secure functionalities while browsing the World Wide Web. Sun Java is needed with Paragon to perform many functions such as: searching for listings or adding a contact.
microsoft Uninstall Microsoft Java :: You are advised to call Technical Support before using. 925 295 1270. The MSJVM (Microsoft Java Virtual Machine Support) reached the end of its life as of June 30, 2009. Customers are encouraged to take proactive measures to stay informed about obsolete software and move away from the MSJVM in a timely fashion. If removing MSJVM from your system, remember to install Sun Java to ensure your Paragon and other Internet systems function properly.
