			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Supra update: We have  restored all functionality for the keyholders. The ActiveKEY and eKEY showing  activity during the outage was restored yesterday. DisplayKEY showing  activity has been populating as the key syncs.</p>
<p>We&#8217;re still doing the final root cause analysis, but it appears to be  linked to some of the new servers we installed last month. We put these through  rigorous quality assurance testing before installing them, but started seeing  performance issues Tuesday. Working with the manufacturer, we implemented a fix  and are closely monitoring the situation. Fortunately, the back up service  enabled us to keep the keyholders &#8220;in business&#8221; while we worked through the  night to restore full availability.</p>
<p>Again, we apologize for the incovenience.</p>
