Supra Update

At this time Supra is experiencing issues with their payment systems. Intermittent issues may affect taking payments in SupraNET, SupraWEB and on the IVR Phone System. They are working as quickly as possible to resolve the issue and will send out an update as soon as it is fixed. There is also no eKey or Lockbox access… at this time. eKEY Adapter for iPhone

Use your iPhone as your lockbox key! The eKEY adapter for the iPhone is now availabe at the CCAR Realtor Shoppe for only $59.99, While supplies last.

With eKEY software, use your iPhone as your lockbox key. eKEY updates wirelessly so you can do business anywhere.

There are two service levels available: eKEY Basic which provides basic keybox functions. eKEY Professional (coming later this year)adds MLS data saved to your phone, links Google maps to the listings, and delivers showing details to your phone.

Supra eKEY Adapter

The Supra iPhone Adapter plugs into the 30 pin dock connector. It adds Infrared to the iPhone. It is designed to hang from a key chain when not in use. When you are ready to show a house, just slide it out of its cover, and plug it into your iPhone.

Supra upgrade – maintenance 6-8 PST Wednesday June 16

Members, please be aware that Supra will be under maintenance tomorrow evening – Wednesday June 16. Maintenance will begin at 6:00 PM PDT and will be complete by 8:00 PM PDT. During this time, voice and web updates will still be available. Keyholders will be able to eSYNC. SupraNET and IVR will NOTbe available. SupraWEB will be available for update codes only during the maintenance period. Also, Supra Keyholder Support, 1-877-699-6787, will be available to provide key updating assistance.

Supra Update

Supra update: We have restored all functionality for the keyholders. The ActiveKEY and eKEY showing activity during the outage was restored yesterday. DisplayKEY showing activity has been populating as the key syncs.

We’re still doing the final root cause analysis, but it appears to be linked to some of the new servers we installed last month. We put these through rigorous quality assurance testing before installing them, but started seeing performance issues Tuesday. Working with the manufacturer, we implemented a fix and are closely monitoring the situation. Fortunately, the back up service enabled us to keep the keyholders “in business” while we worked through the night to restore full availability.

Again, we apologize for the incovenience.

Update from SupraKey – We have been working through the night on the server outage. Currently, we are in disaster recovery mode which provides update codes to keyholders. As of 3:00 am PST, we have found the issue and SupraNET is available to issue keys. DisplayKEY and eKEY users needing to access KeyBoxes can obtain a …voice update from the system by dialing 1-888-968-4032.
SupraWEB will be restored later in the day with ActiveKEY and eKEY data present. DisplayKEY showing activity will be delayed until the key syncs. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide another update when fully restored. Supra Support Team

GE: Windows Mobile Announcement

Dear GE Security Customer:
Exciting news from GE Security! We have released a new version of eKEY for Windows Mobile (version 4.3.19). This version adds eKEY support for Windows Mobile 6.1 and 6.5 touch screen smartphones. Attached is a revised Certified Device List that adds several new devices, including:

HTC Touch Pro 2
HTC Imagio
HTC Pure
HTC Tilt 2
Samsung Intrepid
Samsung Omnia 2

This release supports all Windows Mobile touch screen smartphones running Windows Mobile 5.0 or greater. For those devices that do not have Infrared, it will still be necessary to use an eKEY Fob. Fobs can be purchased directly from GE Security for $49.95 plus shipping and applicable taxes using the fob order form located here.
