CCAR is pleased to say that our soft launch of our new secure authentication to our MLS was largely successful yesterday, Thursday December 17. While the new system appears to have functioned largely as expected, there were a few apparent minor issues that could eventually impact users.

In order to minimize any potential impact on your access, especially over the weekend, we have switched back to the MLS login process as it existed before Thursday’s soft launch.

When you access Paragon today and throughout the weekend of December 19-20, you will see the more familiar login screen. During this time, staff will be collaborating with our MLS vendor and security provider to confirm that the fixes implemented late on Thursday, December 17 have in fact corrected the minor issues noted. At the same time we will be reviewing the details of the soft launch to confirm that there are no other issues that could negatively impact your experience.

When we are confident that we can comfortably re-implement the new secure authentication process, we will provide you with advance notice. We look forward to providing you with all of the benefits of broad reciprocal access that this system will eventually enable us to achieve. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please do not call our support line during those weekend emergency support hours, as only email will be monitored. Routine support or training issues will be dealt with when normal business hours resume Monday, December 21.
