Typically, this issue can be resolved by following these steps:

1. Click ‘File’ then ‘Page Setup’ at the top right of your Internet Explorer window.

2. Replace any text in the Header field with: &w&bPage &p of &P

3. Replace any text in the Footer field with: &u&b&d

4. Now set the left, right, and top margins to be .25 (1/4 of an inch). If your bottom margin defaults back to a different number, that is because of your printer and you may need to update your printer driver.

5. Press ‘Ok’ to close ‘Page Setup’
