Adding a virtual tour to your listing begins with having a virtual tour recorded and having that tour hosted on the Internet for you.  That can be done by a photographer or you can do it yourself. If you have recorded your own virtual tour you can have is hosted by one of the many free video hosting websites. (www.Youtube.com, www.metacafe.com)

If you are adding a tour to a new listing and you are inputting it for the first time, you will see the Virtual Tour field on line 85. Copy the link provided by your photographer or the video hosting site here.

If your listing is already on the MLS, and you would like to maintain it to add your Virtual Tour, follow these instructions:

Ø     Go to Listings then Maintain Listing.

Ø     Select your MLS Number

Ø     Under “Select An Action” on the right, choose “Virtual Tour”

Ø     A small box will pop up with a field for you to enter the link

Ø     Choose “Save And Close”
