See Your Listings on Facebook

On May 24, 2007, Facebook launched the Facebook Platform, which provides a framework for third party developers to create applications that interact with core Facebook features. As of January 31, 2008, there are more than 14,000 applications. One of the newest applications is produced by Realtor.com. Their application allows you to post your listings on your own Facebook page.

• Enter the following web address into your internet browser. http://www.seemylistings.com

• After looking at a brief description of the application click on the Add My Listings button.

• When the Show your Listings on Facebook page loads. Choose your MLS. For this application it is Alamedacontracosta, then enter your MLS ID# and click on Continue.

• Which will load the summary page of any listings you have on Realtor.com. Here you can choose to Add to Profile or Reset.
  • Add to profile will post your listings onto your Facebook page.
  • Reset will allow you to start the process over.
