Automatic Email Notifications made easy

1. Enter Prospect Information

a. Click On Contacts- Add CONTACT/PROSPECT

b. In the Add Contact Window input the prospect’s first and last name.

c. In the E-Mail/Internet options select between Home or Work email.

d. Enter the email address and check the primary box to the right. (CONFIRM EMAIL ADDRESS IS ENTERED CORRECTLY)

e. Click on Save This Contact.

f. Click Close to close the window.

2. Search for Active Properties

o a. Click on Search.

o b. Move the mouse over Property and click on Residential.

o c. Choose any or all of the statuses in the active category.

o d. Add additional criteria such as area, price and features.

o Click on Save Search.

o STEP 1: NAME YOUR SEARCH.

o STEP 2: SKIP THIS OPTIONAL STEP.

o STEP 3: TEMPLATE WITH CRITERIA VALUES.

o STEP 4: ASSIGN TO A PROSPECT, BROWSE YOUR CONTACTS, SELECT BY CHECKING THE BOX NEXT TO THEIR NAME AND CLICK OK.

o Click on OK in Save Search window.

3. Turn On Auto Notification

o a. Click on Contacts then on VIEW/MANAGE CONTACTS.

o b. Click on the name of your client to open the Contact Window.

o c. In the Modify Contact window click on the NOTIFICATIONS tab.

o d. Click on the link “AUTO NOTIFICATION IS NOT ACTIVE CLICK HERE TO ENABLE”

o f. Select your preferred client report view in Result View.

o g. Select for your client to be notified immediately. (every time a new listing comes on the market that matches their criteria) or at a selected time (one email per day)

o Click SAVE.

(To Turn off Auto Notification simply open Notifications tab-Edit Notification-Select Off-Save)
