The new C.A.R. Forms Advisor launches on April 1, 2008. Forms Advisor™ is an online software program that identifies for the REALTOR® which C.A.R. Standard Forms to use and how to complete the forms. Forms Advisor™ features C.A.R. Forms Tutor™, which provides audio and text instructions for competing the forms and a legal Q&A component. This all-encompassing software offers users a total solution to form training and usage questions.

Using Forms Advisor™ is easy. The user enters information such as type of transaction (residential, multi-unit, probate, etc.) and whether the agent represents the buyer or seller. Forms Advisor™ directs the user to relevant forms for that specific transaction.  The Forms Advisor is integrated WINForms Online® and is also accessible via WINForms® Desktop and at www.car.org.
