Reverse Prospecting

Paragon Tip: Reverse Prospecting

Reverse Prospecting allows a listing agent to run a search to find prospects with search criteria that matches that agent’s listing. All prospect information in Paragon is confidential and only displays the agent’s contact information and an alias for the prospect. 

To run a Reverse Prospecting search simply go to Contacts> Reverse Prospecting> select your listing MLS# and Search.

Listing agents then have the option of emailing the agent that has both created an alias and saved search criteria for their prospect.

Want to set up Reverse Prospecting for your clients? Select Use Reverse Prospecting in the general tab of the contact manager window of your client and save.
